My professional training took place at the Minster Centre over 6 years. I have many years of clinical experience working with different client groups, including young people, survivors of domestic abuse, unpaid and former carers.

As well as individual client work I have extensive experience facilitating group support sessions. I regularly deliver group workshops covering emotional wellbeing, bereavement, separation issues, improving self-esteem and confidence building.

I am currently working for a national Mental Health Charity. Prior to this I worked for many years with an organisation that supports unpaid and former carers. I have also worked as a counsellor for a project providing therapeutic support to survivors of domestic abuse. I have experience working with clients in open ended psychotherapy and time limited counselling. Prior to my work as a counsellor and psychotherapist I worked with families with young children.
